Who can book appointments

Business members can register and complete their setup before making a deposit. This service is free to clients, but it is the business owner who ultimately decides who can and who cannot book appointments.

If the owner decides to allow client booking then clients, who meet their criteria or who have been granted access, can enter the appointment book from the business's own web site or from the business's BBU home page.

How clients book online

This system offers 2 types of subscriptions: Bronze and Platinum. Owners who want to provide client booking or who want a private appointment book will opt for the Platinum plan.

The client arrives at the business web site or their BBU home page.

The client clicks the link to the appointment book. If the client is not logged in they will be prompted to do so. The client must be in the same country as the business and have been granted access by the owner.

The client selects a date and clicks an open time slot. This first click sets the date, their arrival time and the service person.

The client then selects a service from the list and books the appointment.

The system checks to determine if there is enough time for this appointment. If not, the client is prompted to select a different start time.

Clients do not set their own time spans. Appointment durations for each service are set by the owner.

System security and client privacy

The only person who can see and access the personal information of a client is the business with whom that client has booked an appointment.

The only person who can view the details of an appointment is the client who books the appointment and the business with whom that appointment has been booked.

The client can view their upcoming appointment details from within their own Personal Appointment Center. The business can view the upcoming appointment details directly within their appointment book.

The appointment book will only display appointment information to the owner of that business. All others who are allowed access will see open time slots or the word BOOKED.
