This online appointment system is a secure and fully integrated package. It performs all of the functions you have come to expect from a seamless business application.

Owners can assign names to columns, segment the hours, record walk-in and call-in appointments, let clients book their own appointments and much more.

This system is also ideal for franchises and multiple locations under single ownership. User names and passwords can be set for managers at multiple locations and head office can monitor the appointment activity at each location.

The Platinum Plan

This genuine online appointment system will let your clients schedule and confirm their own appointments on their own time. Your home page or web site will include all of the required links for online booking and every person will be prompted to login before entering the member areas.

Each home page includes login and password links, a members-only contact link, a link to your appointment book, a Google map and more.

You can also provide links for logging in and booking appointments at your web site. Those who prefer to create links at their site must configure those links to facilitate a smooth online booking experience for the client. Framesets are the preferred method and will allow clients to enter from your own dot com.

The Gold Plan

The Appointment Book can be used privately from home or office without making it available to anyone.

Subscribe to the Platinum Plan. Then further on in your setup is the option to hide columns from all others. As the owner you will retain complete privacy of your schedule.

Our designers have gone back to the basics of interface design and have stepped forward with a scheme that is easy to view, easy to use and easy to understand. There are no unruly lines or dramatic color schemes. Scroll forward and backward one day at a time or jump to any date.

The Gold Plan includes one of the home page packages (see below). Clients and the public can view your home page and all of your essential business information, but only you will have access to your appointment book.

The Bronze Plan

BASIC PACKAGE : $29.95 USD / Year

The basic package includes a unique domain prefix and will display your business name, address, phone number, your hours of operation, your business message and Google map. Your business will also be included in the BBU Search results with a multi-line description and a link to your home page.

BBU Search allows clients to locate business members. Each search result will display the business title and address, the business message, a members only contact link and a link to that business member's home page.

BASIC PACKAGE PLUS : $39.95 USD / Year

Basic Package Plus provides the same features as the Basic Package, but the home page will include a complete list of that business member's services, with or without pricing.

Both packages will display your information on a plain home page template, see example . Our staff will also help you with your banner and will provide you with advice on how to maximize your keywords for the search engines.

The link to the appointment book will appear in the search results and on the home page for those businesses who subscribe to online booking.




HOMESITE PACKAGE : $59.95 USD / Year

The Home Site package includes all of the bells and whistles in the Basic Package Plus but this option will also provide you with a stylish template. Choose from 16 different templates to use as your home page. See example

Once again, the business will be included in the BBU Search results with a link to your home page and a members only contact form.

The appointment book link will appear in the search results and on your home page for those businesses who accept online appointments.
