The Notice of Restriction is to alert the client member that their actions have, in some way, negatively impacted upon a business member. This could be anything from repeatedly booking and then missing appointments right up to harassing e-mail. Business member's have subscribed and paid for the right to use this online appointment system. It is totally within their jurisdiction as to who can, and who cannot, make use of their online appointment service. Beauty By Us has no control over the decisions of business members in this regard. Upon receiving a notice of restriction the client member will be notified in their personal appointment center that they have, in some way, had a negative impact upon a business member's daily operations. The client member will also receive an error message if they attempt to book another appointment with that business. In many instances the actions of that client will have been in violation of this site's terms of use. If the strike count against a client member reaches a total of three (3) then that client's membership will be automatically terminated. A business member can also report abuse and request that an administrator investigate the actions of any client. Activity at this site is monitored for compliance. Wishing you the best, BBU Admin. |
