In the booking menu of every home page is a link called "how to book". It is part of the home page package and it appears when a business member subscribes for a home page with online booking.
Clients are informed they must register, retrieve their password and login before they can book. They are also shown how to navigate the appointment book, where to click in the appointment book and the results of booking online.
You will probably want every client to request permission before they access your appointment book. Clients are informed about this in their membership e-mail message. Nevertheless, you can append this additional information to your home page business message as you see fit.
The first time you enter our appointment book you will be asked to submit a request for access. Once approved all you have to do is click an open time slot and select a service. Everything else will be done for you.
Please enter correct information when registering otherwise we will not know who you are when we process your request.
