APPOINTMENT BOOK OVERVIEW
Welcome to the Beauty By Us appointment book overview. This is the most advanced online appointment system anywhere. It is easy to use and administrators are available to provide assistance.
Everyone must login before proceeding into the booking area. While some of the security measures in this system have been automated most are controlled directly by the owner.
Each client receives a personal page to record their online appointments. Clients can view their appointment details
from within their Personal Appointment Centers.
The owner views appointment details from within their appointment book. The owner and the client also receive e-mail reminders for each client booked appointment.
The center portion of the navigation bar moves the appointment book forward and
backward one day at a time. The upper right date menu can be used
for jumping to any date.
Clients can scroll to any date and click an open time slot to select an appointment start time and proceed. Time slots which have past will display this
image and cannot be selected.
ROWS & COLUMNS
The appointment book can have any number of columns and will
display 8 columns per page view. Columns can be titled by
the owner to match the names of technicians or to reflect different types of services.
The left column will display the hourly segments in 15, 20,
30 or 60 minute intervals.
COMPANY BANNER
The 360x60 pixel business banner will appear at the top of the
appointment book and other business related pages. It helps to reassure clients that they are on the correct path.
TOP RIGHT CALENDAR
The appointment book will display a calendar in the top-right
corner for quick date referencing. By default the appointment
book will always open at the current date.
BUSINESS HOURS
The hours of operation, including lunch breaks and partial days
closed, can be set for each day of the week. These weekly hours can then be overridden for any day of the year.
If a business is closed for an entire day then their custom
CLOSED THIS DAY MESSAGE will replace the appointment
book for that day.
THE UPPER TABS
The
upper tabs display according to business settings and a member's login status. Hover your mouse on each tab for details.
ICONS
ICONS provide quick visual links. Hover your mouse over an icon
for more information.
