What is a hidden column.
Answer:
A hidden column is one that can only be viewed by the owner and their managers.
When a client views an appointment book that has some hidden columns, they will only be able to view the columns that have not been hidden.
The purpose of hidden columns is to retain that column for internal use only, i.e. to book coincidental appointments.
You can also hide all columns as an extra layer of security when setting up the system for private use.
