Clients begin by registering from your own web site or they register from your system home page.
Each owner has absolute control of access by others. If you require pre-approval then the first time anyone attempts to enter your appointment book or appointment calendar they will be prompted to ask for access by clicking a link. They are then returned to your web site or home page to await your response.
You process all requests from your control center and your response is in the form of an automatic e-mail. If you deny access to that person then they are graciously asked to call to make an appointment. If you allow that person access to your pages they are informed that they can now enter your appointment book and begin booking online.
That person will now have access to your appointment book and to your appointment calendar. Those links will be available at your web site or on your system home page. If you change your mind about any client you can suspend their online booking privileges at any time.
