At a minimum a client must be in the same country as the business to book
an appointment.
But business owners have additional security tools at their disposal. Clients
can be restricted by city, state, time zone and gender.
The complete catchall security setting requires all clients to request your
permission before they can access your appointment book and appointment calendar.
With this setting turned on you will receive an e-mail alert each time a new
client requests access. When you select this security setting an
additional button will be added to your control center, and that is where you
will process all access requests.
As the owner you will see the person's details, including their name, phone
number and e-mail address, and you will either deny or allow that person
access to your system.
