You and your assigned managers can associate a name and phone number with a call-in appointment and display that name in the appointment book. Clients do not have access to this feature.
Names can be up to 10 characters in length. Any spaces will be removed to preserve the alignment of the appointment interface.
e.g. doe => Doe
e.g. jane Doe => Janedoe
The second option is to create a client membership for the call-in client and
then login to the system using that membership identity.
You will need an e-mail account for each offline client so you can create a membership and retrieve the password.
Creating an account for an offline client will allow you to track their appointment history within the system.
Logging out and then logging in as a client requires only a few clicks to reopen the appointment book.
This second method requires that you keep a record of each offline client's login information. You will need to record both the user name and password for their e-mail account and the user name and password for their BBU account.
Remember that you can pass that login information onto the client should they ever want to begin booking their own appointments.
