Each client can check upcoming appointment times and dates from within their own personal appointment center [PAC]. Their personal appointment center will list all of the future and past appointments that have been booked by that client.
To facilitate client access you can link to the PAC from your own web site. All system home pages already include a link to the client's PAC.
When a client books an appointment it is inserted into their list of upcoming appointments. The entry will include the your business name, a link to your home page or web site, a link to show the details of that appointment and a link to an e-mail contact form.
When the upcoming appointment has passed that entry will be moved from their upcoming appointment section to their past appointment section. Each past appointment also provides links that allow the client to revisit your web site or to book their next appointment.
If a you cancel an upcoming appointment that entry will be automatically moved from the client's upcoming appointment section to their past appointment section and it will be marked cancelled.
