| Do clients receive an appointment reminder. |
Yes. The system will automatically send the client an e-mail reminder for each appointment they book online.
The e-mail will contain the business name, the appointment time and date and a link to the client's personal appointment
center.
Client members will not receive a reminder if the appointment is booked by the business member (i.e. if they call in to book).
The appointment will not be recorded in the client's Personal Appointment Center if the appointment is booked for them by
the business member.
