A membership can be revoked. Members must abide by the terms of
use agreement. If the terms are breached an administrator will terminate that membership.
As well, scheduling an appointment with a business and then not honoring that appointment could
result in a strike against a client member.
A strike against a
client member means that a business has restricted that client from any further use of their online appointment book.
Three strikes against a client member will result in the automatic suspension of that client.
