| How does a client cancel an appointment. |
A client cannot cancel an appointment. To cancel an appointment the client can either send an e-mail to that business from their personal appointment center or call them directly to request a cancellation.
It is simply good consumer practice and much more direct if the client contacts the business to cancel an appointment.
Only the owner or their manager can cancel an appointment. When cancelled, that time slot in the appointment book will
be cleared and
the client will receive an e-mail cancellation notice. The appointment will also be marked
Cancelled in the client's Personal Appointment Center.
Clients have been advised to book an appointment with Magic Wonders in their post-registration information. This will show them
the exact steps for online booking and help them to become familiar with the system.
