Client members can book with any business who has subscribe to this online appointment system, but most businesses restrict online booking to clients from their own area or to known clients.
When a client registers they remain anonymous to everyone except the
system administrators.
But when a client books an appointment they reveal their identity to that business as well. The owner can then
allow that client to continue using their online appointment book or restrict that client from any further online bookings.
When a client books an appointment, a link to that business will be added to the client's Personal
Appointment Center and the client's appointment history with that business will begin.
But if the owner believes that client member has posted false information or prefers not to service that client,
the owner can flag that client for a restriction notice. A restricted client will never be able to book another
appointment with that business.
Furthermore, when a client has been restricted by a business that client will receive an anonymous
strike notice against their membership and that notice will be posted in the client's
Personal Appointment Center. Three strikes against any member will result in the immediate termination of that membership.
This is a supervised system with advanced and automated features. Every business has the right to rescind
and cancel their authorization to any other member at any time.
