| Can I get a refund if this system isn't for me. |
Absolutely.
We do have two stipulations.
First, you must contact an administrator explaining what it is you are trying to accomplish. We will try to either help you to resolve the issue or we will take a close look to see if we can modify the system to meet your specific needs.
Second, we will give you a complete refund
up to thirty [30] days from the date of payment. That date can be found in the accounting section of your control center. There will be no refunds after thirty days of use.
Those who have paid with their Paypal account will reveive a 100% transfer back to their Paypal account.
Those who have paid with a credit card through Paypal or who have sent us a cheque or money order will receive a cheque via the postal service with a $30 USD deduction for processing the refund payment.
Please note that at the time of refund your Beauty By Us account will be manually adjusted and it will not accept any more appointment data. Should you change your mind you can login, credit your account and take it back online.

Update March 07, 2008.
We require that contact by a refund claimant residing in Canada or United States must be conducted by phone. We will either call you upon receipt of your e-mail refund request or you are welcome to call us. Our phone number can be found in your Control Center.
Do not call with your ID blocked. You will be ignored.
Refund claimants residing outside of Canada and United States must send us an email stating which aspect of the system is not meeting their needs.
There will be no refunds to those who post false or misleading membership information.
We just want to ensure that new business members understand the full capabilities of this system and that they don't leave with misunderstandings about this online appointment application.
