A stand-alone system will only make economic sense to hospitals, specialists, legal offices and corporate clients who operate multiple or
franchise operations and who would like direct, up to the minute information from each of their locations.
Real time information and head office control for multiple locations is already available through this system, but
for businesses who subscribe to this service under the beautybyus.com domain it will be our administrators who will
provide all administrative and security functions.
For those businesses who want complete control, a separate server with your own domain and
corporate branding will be linked seamlessly from your existing website. This second server
will host the appointment system, store the data structure and record appointment information.
Your head office will be provided with complete control over all administrative privileges and
security functions at this second server.
Data communications between client computers and the server can be secured with optional SSL and all data
communications and any financial transactions between the server and your clients will be encrypted.
There are two methods for implementation:
- Design, configuration and implementation by our development team.
- A premium package that provides you with encrypted code. This will include documentation for
server mods, installation and system operations.
Delivery time of an operational system will range from thirty to sixty days, depending on your specific
