| How do clients check their upcoming appointments. |
Clients check upcoming appointment times and dates from within their own Personal Appointment Centers.
The personal appointment center records all future and past appointments which have been booked by that client.
When the client books a new appointment it will appear in their list of upcoming appointments.
Each entry will include the business name, a link to their website, the appointment details, a cancellation request link and a link to send e-mail to that business.
As each upcoming appointment time arrives, the entry will be automatically moved from their upcoming appointment section
to their past appointment section. Entries in the past appointment section include links that allow the client to
revisit the business's homepage or website and book their next appointment.
When a business cancels an appointment the entry will be moved from the upcoming section to the past
appointment section and will be marked cancelled.
