Hallo ~ Bonjour ~ HelloMagic Wonder's web site and appointment book have been created with a business membership. This is an example of the Platinum Plan: Home Site Package. The Home Site package provides owners with a choice of 16 elaborate home page themes. To facilitate system previews there are no booking restrictions in place with this online appointment system demo. You are welcome to see how it all works by getting a membership and booking an appointment with Magic Wonders. Each business member has their own administrative area to control their operational settings. That area will allow the member to easily complete their setup and preview this system prior to making a commitment (no HTML required). This system is fast, easy to use and your clients can actually confirm their own appointments. Open time slots or the word BOOKED are the only information they see when viewing your appointment book. Owners have absolute control over who can and who cannot access their appointment book. The owner sets the time duration and pricing for each service and then adds them to their services page. The owner will also enter their own business message, set the URL of their banner, enter their hours of operation and manage their security preferences. Those who have their own website can use the external link package and display the registration form, user instructions, the appointment book, the login form and all of the necessary pages within a frameset at their own dot com. The client who booked will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to their free Personal Appointment Center. By logging into their PAC the client can view their upcoming and past appointment information. The owner can view all of their appointments directly within their appointment book. |
